Here's the whole big idea:

Give your mind a break after a long week and give your body the freedom it deserves to move freely and dance dance dance!

It will be the best therapy for you.  We will go out every weekend if possible, or a couple times a month, depending on what our group wants to do.

It's not easy to go out, but if you love to dance and make the effort to go out, you might as well go check out the best dance clubs.  This meetup is your support group for going out to dance in the big city!

The regular meetup schedule will be to meet at a designated place and time in Santa Clara, relatively in the center of the South Bay Area.  Transportation will be arranged in advance, so you do not have to worry about driving.  We'll depart together from Santa Clara for the club in San Francisco.  We'll return together from SF back to Santa Clara to make sure everyone's adventure is safe, practical and relatively affordable.

Schedule:    Depart Santa Clara at 8 or 9 PM
                    Depart SF and arrive back in Santa Clara by 2 AM

Costs:     Club Tickets are usually $20 per person, or more
               Transportation is $30.

Note, usually it costs at least $15 for decent parking in SF, in addition to the costs of gas and hassles of driving.  $30 is requested of you to help cover transportation.  This will allow you to enjoy your time without having to worry about safe transportation.  The costs go to gas, parking, and renting limos as more party people join.

Members have to be pre-approved to ensure that they meet the membership requirements of wanting to go to these clubs, getting tickets in advance and agreeing to pay the $30 transportation costs.
